The City of Dreams- Creative Team Building Event Idea
City of Dreams is an amazingly creative indoor team building activity that is particularly suited to large groups. The basic idea is that the teams have to plan, design and then build utopian city using the materials provided. There is a strong element of teamwork, multi tasking, creativity and communication involved in this task. Other aspects include design, collaboration and resource management. We first put this activity together as a bespoke event for one of the UK's major housebuilders and they enjoyed it so much that we decided to add it to our portfolio of corporate events.
Everyone gets involved and it's a great activity if you are looking to encourage interaction between a group of staff who might have just come together or if you are simply looking for a fun activity to blow away the cobwebs and relax after a conference. When all the pieces are put together at the end the sense of pride and ownership is amazing!

Space Requirements: This is an indoor team building activity that requires a fairly large amount of paces for the teams to spread out. We lay protective tarps over the floor. A general guideline would be a room of at least 8m x 8m. In good weather we can also go outside.
