Old Masters Creative Indoor Team Building Activity

Old Masters is our wonderfully inspiring and creative team building activity that showcases the importance of working together to achieve a common goal. This creative art based event has a simple message stating that "the whole is greater than the sum of the parts". This is a powerful activity that allows individuals to express themselves but which also calls for leadership and collective teamwork if the challenge is to be successfully completed. There needs to be plenty of collaboration and communication both within teams and between teams. The small individual panels might have little meaning and context when viewed on their own but, when joined together, can create an absolutely stunning and unique piece of art that belongs to all. Old Masters is a highly inclusive and rewarding team activity. Everyone gets involved and there is always a huge sense collective pride when the finished artwork is unveiled to the group.

The Old Masters giant painting game is suitable for groups of all sizes and is one of the few activities that can work just as well with really large teams- we just create more paintings! We have successfully delivered this event for teams of up to 400 participants. Its a very flexible activity that can easily be delivered to any venue (one of our paintings is hanging on the wall at the HQ of the European Central Bank in Frankfurt!). The choice of artwork is often a company logo, a famous painting or even an iconic album cover.

Space Requirements: Old Masters is a very flexible activity that doesn't require too much space, just a nice large room with tables and chairs. We provide tarps to cover the floor, disposable table cloths and aprons for all participants.
